Oak Forest Homeowners Association charges a convenience fee of 3.5% on the transaction amount on all credit/debit card transactions, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. Before you proceed to payment please add 3.5% to your statement total due to avoid a remaining balance on your account.
Payment Options
NOTE: If your property is not a Willow Oak, Laurel Oak, Post Oak, Southern Oak, Desert Oak, Brandy Oak, or Cherry Oak address DO NOT MAKE YOUR HOA PAYMENTS HERE!! They will not go to your homeowners association and will not be reimbursable by the Oak Forest HOA, Inc.
